On Thursday morning, I went to Plaza Singapura for a haircut. Once i settled down at Prestige, I told Cecilia, my hair stylist to cut something different. And moreover, I dyed my hair black with dark brownish base colour too!! For now, Prestige is having a 40% off for second service. So, GIRLS OUT THERE, WHAT ARE YOU WAITING FOR?
