*Day 5 - Shikoku (四国)*

Ohnaruto Bridge Entrance The entrance is made of Awa blue stone. It's located at anchorage 5A of the Ohnaruto Bridge. Ticket Booth A promenade has been constructed along the girders on the Ohnaruto Bridge. It leads to an Observation Room 450 meters from the anchorage on the shore. Four resting rooms are provided between the anchorage and the Observation Room. Screen walls are provided on both sides of the promenade to reduce the wind pressure on the bridge itself. The Obeservation Room at the end is designed to provide a full 360-degree view as you walk along the passageway. It makes effective use of the space between the girders. The Obeservation Room is 450 meters from the shore and commands a spectacular view of the Pacific Ocean and the Inland Sea. It provides an excellent vantage point for viewing the whirlpools formed by both the incoming and outgoing currents.
