Fast Monday

Morning went to Jln Pari Dedap and bedok lane to take pictures of semi-detached After that went back to office help out with maggie on reports,location and site plan. At about 12.20 went off to Tanamera Crest condo and Costal Del Sol Woo Costal Del Sol is a nice apartment with a good pool view..WOO.. nice nice.. Its kinda a waste that the owner of the apt is living on the 5th Storey.. If its at a higher level the view will be WOO!! Great.. Feel so relax standing there looking at the view.. After that, back to office again packed my belongings and went off to Pine Grove for inspection and the followed by taking Picutures at Jalan Jurong Pisang..hee..then home sweet home.. today its great as i reach home at about 4pm.. COOL.. hee hee!!! In the Evening.. no other then servicing YongXiang.. Sigh!! i miscount my plan for revision for him...Now got to squeeze in my timing for him.. oh NO!! Well No choice.. do i have a choice.. to quit.. the ANSWER is NO!!!

well yesterday after service went shopping with my kaki.. bought a pair of shoes and blouse. Then went to P.S mac to chat and talk about many many many million of stuff. At about 12am we went off. thats about all... Today is my rest day unforunately i had a service in the early noon and its only an hour session..DOVER SOMEMORE.. SIAN.. well nevermind !!! Infact i wanna buy alot of clothes..ARH!!!! but i cant spend it this way.. i need to save up and i have not change currency for my brother.. CONTROL CONTROL CONTROL.. *Vin the Vin.. meeting u soon ok..u takecare.. and hope u understand its not i dont wanna meet up with u.. hope u understand ya.. *Monster u say me until like that hmmm... as if guys go out with me must pay for me like that *angry* *Jus Jus tin the dustbin my bro is fine ..no worries.. *S BB thanks for ur big big tee "MIckey" haa Give u choco next time ok!! Thursday Yo ho... Its my First time taking LRT.. is like so dumb ne.. Took from Riviera to SengKang .. then from there back to office after viewing one HDB 5RM improved. Reach office.. i will do my usual stuff.. *tired* In the evening accompany greenie monster to Apple centre to repair his rotten apple A/C.. after that go eat eat and walk walk then home home.. End of Thursday.. Friday Morning went to two landed properties one at Jalan Keris .. and another one is a Jalan Sentosa.. Both need to take its measurement.. SIAN.. No choice man Today NOON is my most excited and interesting moment.. Haha... Maggie asked me to go and take comparables for her around Kovan area.. she even asked me.. "YOU DARE TO GO ALONE ANOT? IF CANNOT THEN NEVERMIND" i then said.."OF CAUSE I DARE LA TAKE PICS ONLY MA FUN NE".. haa She then said okokok.. you go look out for the location and print the map out.. and remember to take receipt from uncle when u take cab.. I then said " i know la " SHe so naggy.. always say remember to claim from company know anot.. Haiyo.. Hee.. after i fininsh finding the location im ready to 出发 le heee!! so excited .. cause im going out ALONE!!! cool!!!! lalala *im nuts* i know that.. Before i went out .. spotted a cute little toy on Maggie's desk.. then i took it and asked her .. hey what was that.. she said its a toy from burger king. OO.. hee she then added " you want i give u you lo" I was like haha really ah !! hee.. then happily took the toy and put it inside my bag..Wahha .. got toy.. Then off i went to Mohamed Sultan first to take a pic of an Apartment "The Pier" then took a cab down to the nearest MRT which is Sommerset. When i reach Sommerset someone called me " Girl ah " i turned back and saw my MUM's Friend.. haa.. round round auntie.. hee.. *opps* well nevermind.. she will not know what i have said.. cause she never read blog one what ..Wahah Hee.. drop off at Kovan.. then took a cab.. so Lucky that i met a good taxi driver.. he looks about 30 plus plus.. ha.. Nice driver.. cause i ask him u go Highland Rd followed by Charlton Park can anot.. cause when i looked at the map its near one another.. so he said let him look at the map first.. so that he can plan for me which one to go first cause its turning in into small little road.. Hee.. then he said go highland first.. hee.. then i quicky snapped a pic and get into the cab.. " huh.. so fast ah". "Ya lo take a pic only ma so its fast ne!!" He then laughed and said .. orh u are a photographer!! i replied" NO ah !! i do this for project lo so ma fan!" he then said orh... i thought u did these for work but then see u doesnt look like its for work purpose!" I WAS LIKE !!!!!!! what means meh i look like a kid or i act like a kid.. haa!!! After going to Charlton Park i then quickly asked him eh can u send me to one more place which is at Tai Keng Garden and its very near..He then say sure no prob i was like so sorry man cause its like so ma fan.. He told me its okay cause im paying the fare but then some of the drivers they mind and will give you a black face... He also agreed some are like these.. Haa .. When i reached Tai Keng Garden..I quickly take a pic of the unit in the cab and its done.. He then ask me huh like that also can ah.. I said y not .. see the exterior of the house only ma..Haa.. he laughed and said i do all these can claim the payment? i then said can.. if cannot claim i wont go man .. waste my money.. Isnt its true.. ha.. Off i went to Paya Lebar MRT and followed by servicing kid at dover after that.. At around 7 plus meet S the ASS plus ASSHOLD then off to Tiong Baru to eat Long John and follow by watching a movie "MYTH" then supper at West Coast.. After that home sweet Home... Bathe then online awhile and SMS with Greenie Monster..He suddenly felt hungry and wanted to go for supper..As if i can sneak out hhaa..(well he knows i cant so he is just asking for fun) Well infact.. i never try of sneaking out in the middle of the night.. its SEEMS exciting. but im afraid when i came home the lock will be different haha .. MONEY IS A DEVIL.. Well i can answer them now..NO MONEY=NO LIFE...And please stop asking me.. "Eh u not tired meh?" Just pls stop asking me this question.. Dont feel like answering it anymore from now on.. infact..IM SERIOUSLY TIRED..TIRED till i feel like crying out.. So does my brother.. I really hope there is someone out there for me to hug and cry out like a child.. My brother told me before.. IM his sister.. being his sister must always be strong.. AND never break down and cry..

Busy and Tiring

Today is a tiring.. Morning went to inspect a HDB block in Bedok area its a 3 Room NG. but the Owner hack off the storeroom so that one of the bedroom looks bigger. After that, i went to townhouse located along Upper East Coast Road..Well hopped into a cab. Unfortuanately, the driver did not know how to get to that place, so Maggie showed him the map and im so surprised the driver was either rather blur blur or he dont know how to look at the map..He is just giving me an impression that he dont even know where he is and dont know how to follow the direction by looking at the map..*Ha*.. Then ended up going in a wrong direction, so he got to U-turn back and then go straight.. then found out that is the correct direction.. OH Man!! and he keep saying look at the map. did u see this road .. did u see that road name. OH MIND.. sigh!!! Well nevermind at least, we end up finding the place..WOO.. its a new townhouse.. and that is where the biggest problem will arrive.. ITS the measurement..Maggie called up the agent, and eventually she was late. so we waited outside for awhile..Well waiting i took pics of the exterior and the terrace at the opposite of the townhouse.hee.. fun fun ne.. YO ho.. after about 10 mins, the agent arrived. We then get in and start out job..Take pics and measurement for the property.. Its a 3 storey townhouse and beside it is a chinse temple..Can imagine that plot area of it .its super big man!!!WOW WOW WOW... The worst thing is that, she said we are wearing heels. so we got to take off our shoes before stepping in.. i was like ."Shit" the floor is so dirty and dusty.. arh.. then when i came out.. my feet are black like chacoal..EEEE!!! sickening.. ha!!! The agent even offered to give us a ride out to the MRT after the inspection. She even laughed at us when we are doing the measuring cause its really a tough job and its hard to visualise the shape of it too.. as there are alot of corners.. SIAN.. i was like eh.. valuation this job is not a rice bowl for me .. WHY? no.1 is that you need to prepare an amount for transports.."a few hundreds to be standby" Really make u poor like hell.. no.2 If kana landed property got to measure the plot size to find out the area of the land.. sickening.. if its a complicate with curve or whatever.. really a tough life as you got to draw out the layout first.. if visualisation is wrong.. definitely the measurements will be wrong.. then if all wrong.. then will get complain by owner or agent.. then you ownself DIE DIE lo!!! no.3 .. If kana HDB.. the HDB people are super duber nasty.. can asked u alot of question until u drop head.. if u value the property for too high.. they will asked you why u value for such a high price.. so many Y Y Y .. no.4 Sometimes for nothing they also complain for example you cant get the owner.. they blame you for not trying hard to get the owner so that you can go down as soon as possible to do the valuation.. OH man.. what the hell.. hai... no.5 if you are not alert enough.. write wrongly for the type of fixtures.. will kana complain also.. then company will come and find u .. and u ..DIE also lo... Haha .. After that back to office print plan include strata, site and location.. so many things.. plus write report.. and find comparables.. see no, lot no.. and map until blind..do until forget to find forced value..aiya MAN Back to ghim moh straight away went to teach yong xiang.. then his mum say sat wanna have extra lesson.. i was like ah.. cant sleep till late noon again before going to meet my kaki...AIYA.. work and work non-stop ne.. like a working machine..or washing machine??? haha Ok.. pics for today!!!

A Fast Tuesday

Same thing.. as usual.. report to office then find strata plan and site plan of the apartments. Then draw out the layout of the shops in the neighbouring block in Jurong East Ave1.. Ard 10plus.. Maggi asked me to go to Republic Plaza at Raffles Place to return the keys to someone working at Jones Slang. After that, i went back to office.. and continue with my layout drawing Hee.. then before lunch time.. log into MSN for a while to chat.. Monday Green

Hee!! Early in the morning 8am .. sms the bakar monster to wake up.. Then 8.30am report to work..Then settle down and get on writing report,checking report and finding the location from street directory.. During lunch time, i had fried bee hoon which i bought from Ghim Moh Market in the morning.. After lunch off i go to jurong east ave1 to find out what are the nearby shops around the HDB area.. Hee.. then look at my time.. woo...its already 4.45 and had already fininsh up that area.. so off i went home home home.. Lala .. come home .. online .. and blog .After that going to meet monster to take back my cable so that i can upload my pics when i come back from kid service.. Tonight is yongXiang that mischevious boy.. Thats all..

Relax Sunday... Simply love it

Morning woke up.. continue ironing my clothes.. ha ..and do household chores..Then feeling hungry so go and cook hotdogs and crab meat sticks to eat lo..YUM YUM YUM.. Hee....My plan is that when mid-noon comes i will sleep and sleep and sleep till evening.. cause i wanna get back all my sleep..I WANT ALOT OF SLEEP... Poor complexion somemore.. *ARH*... My thoughts (This Morning) Today is 2 OCT 2005 .. its special & sad to me.. which makes me cry out suddenly.. Cause today is a day which my brother had been in Brisbane for ONE YEAR.. Which means i had not been seeing him for ONE YEAR.. Had not been shopping with him for one year.. had not been watching movies with him for one year..Had not been fighting with him over small issue for one year.. had not been stepping his shoes for one year Had not been playing with him for one year...REALLy MISS HIM BADly..*sob sob* Of cause i did get to hear his voice over the phone and get to see him(pictures)..Ha.. still the same old him.. Even though he had fun over there but most of the time he is suffering.. Really spending a miserable life over there...He needs to work and work and work all day long.. Especially on every fri evening,sat and sun. I really can imagine how his life is .. studying and working. its not an easy job and not everyone can be able to take it. Well including myself.. Been going for attachment and i got to rush home in the evening to teach kids..Really really tired.. That's is why i know how tough the life is for my brother.. of cause ..no matter how tired we are or keep complaining about how tough life is..THE MOST IMPORTANT IS BE HAPPY ALWAYS.. if not life will be really miserable... Brother .. REmember .. YOU AND ME .. cannot collapse... We must catch as much money as we CAN ...(& waiting for you to come back to sg) Here.. are somemore pics of the owner's doggies..Cute cute..

Wahha.. recently im so busy and tired .. cause running around east part and north-east of singapore to look at apartments and HDB for valuation.. Kinda fun.. and get a chance to take pics of the swimming pool.. hee .. so fun.. Yea... Learn alot of things like how to identify the types of tiles and the name of the fixtures in the apartments and HDB.. even can memorise what are the basic fixtures they have in it.. For example, vanity top, water heater, shower screen. For kitchen will be cabinets, sink support, oven..HaHa.. Most the the apartments are nicely decorated and feeling cosy too when i stepped in. Nice nice.. I was lucky enough as it was my first time to get a chance to look at how an excutive HDB look like.. super spacious.. Nice designed and renovated but its kinda a waste as the owner wanted to sell it away.. Oh yeah.. i was being chase by a female dog..she is so scary..She is a home doggy thus she is afraid of strangers, thus once she sees any strangers she will keep barking at them. Well i didnt offend her i just wanna take a pic of the kitchen. As the owner locked her in the kitchen therefore i could not take a pic of it so she got to bring her dog out to the balcony. When the owner wanted to bring her out she keep barking at me as i was standing infront of her. She bark and bark until her eyes turn red .. So fierce and i was scared so i run to the corner of the living room. The owner told me not to run just stay at my spot so that it will not make her even worst.. I was like arh ... HELP HELP!!! PHEW!! In the end i managed to take a pic of the kitchen. Hee!!! Thanks my shi fu MAggi who had taught me alot for the past few days..Hee!!! And she even let me try to do 2 valuation on condos and 1 on HDB.. I was afraid identifying the materials wrongly or forget to add in those fixtures which i didnt really go and look out for as i was nervous..Well at least she is standing beside me guiding me along. Woo.. finally its the last valuation which is at Upper Changi road. Nice decorated and quite spacious but not as spacious as the one located in Joo Chiat.. Haha .. Maggi then told me that i had already mastered half of it .. by the next week i can take over and then she will stand aside and rest.. and i will do it.. i was like oh man so stress up ne .. Well nevermind at least i got a chance to do 3 valuation .. Hee of cause with some help.. Haha .. isnt it a good start haa.. She even asked me " u been going around with me u not tired ah ?" i was like eh.. i used to walk alot ne and looking at property is a fun thing isnt it.. haa can take pics what Haha !!! SWIMMING POOL!!! But i just hate that i need to wear formal wear and that "bloody fucking shoes with heels" super duber pain and tired.. BLISTERS SOMEMORE!!!! *faint* Really tired for this week.. i think in the upcoming week i will be even tired cause i have teaching from mon-fri..
