Busy and Tiring

Today is a tiring.. Morning went to inspect a HDB block in Bedok area its a 3 Room NG. but the Owner hack off the storeroom so that one of the bedroom looks bigger. After that, i went to townhouse located along Upper East Coast Road..Well hopped into a cab. Unfortuanately, the driver did not know how to get to that place, so Maggie showed him the map and im so surprised the driver was either rather blur blur or he dont know how to look at the map..He is just giving me an impression that he dont even know where he is and dont know how to follow the direction by looking at the map..*Ha*.. Then ended up going in a wrong direction, so he got to U-turn back and then go straight.. then found out that is the correct direction.. OH Man!! and he keep saying look at the map. did u see this road .. did u see that road name. OH MIND.. sigh!!! Well nevermind at least, we end up finding the place..WOO.. its a new townhouse.. and that is where the biggest problem will arrive.. ITS the measurement..Maggie called up the agent, and eventually she was late. so we waited outside for awhile..Well waiting i took pics of the exterior and the terrace at the opposite of the townhouse.hee.. fun fun ne.. YO ho.. after about 10 mins, the agent arrived. We then get in and start out job..Take pics and measurement for the property.. Its a 3 storey townhouse and beside it is a chinse temple..Can imagine that plot area of it .its super big man!!!WOW WOW WOW... The worst thing is that, she said we are wearing heels. so we got to take off our shoes before stepping in.. i was like ."Shit" the floor is so dirty and dusty.. arh.. then when i came out.. my feet are black like chacoal..EEEE!!! sickening.. ha!!! The agent even offered to give us a ride out to the MRT after the inspection. She even laughed at us when we are doing the measuring cause its really a tough job and its hard to visualise the shape of it too.. as there are alot of corners.. SIAN.. i was like eh.. valuation this job is not a rice bowl for me .. WHY? no.1 is that you need to prepare an amount for transports.."a few hundreds to be standby" Really make u poor like hell.. no.2 If kana landed property got to measure the plot size to find out the area of the land.. sickening.. if its a complicate with curve or whatever.. really a tough life as you got to draw out the layout first.. if visualisation is wrong.. definitely the measurements will be wrong.. then if all wrong.. then will get complain by owner or agent.. then you ownself DIE DIE lo!!! no.3 .. If kana HDB.. the HDB people are super duber nasty.. can asked u alot of question until u drop head.. if u value the property for too high.. they will asked you why u value for such a high price.. so many Y Y Y .. no.4 Sometimes for nothing they also complain for example you cant get the owner.. they blame you for not trying hard to get the owner so that you can go down as soon as possible to do the valuation.. OH man.. what the hell.. hai... no.5 if you are not alert enough.. write wrongly for the type of fixtures.. will kana complain also.. then company will come and find u .. and u ..DIE also lo... Haha .. After that back to office print plan include strata, site and location.. so many things.. plus write report.. and find comparables.. see no, lot no.. and map until blind..do until forget to find forced value..aiya MAN Back to ghim moh straight away went to teach yong xiang.. then his mum say sat wanna have extra lesson.. i was like ah.. cant sleep till late noon again before going to meet my kaki...AIYA.. work and work non-stop ne.. like a working machine..or washing machine??? haha Ok.. pics for today!!!
