*Life on the train*

A while back, I read a very interesting book that compared life to a train ride or a series of train rides. Life is like a train ride, it read. We get on. We ride. We get off. We get back on and ride some more. There are accidents and there are delays. At certain stops there are surprises. Some of these will translate into great moments of joy, some will result in profound sorrow. When we are born and we first board the train, we meet people whom we think will be with us for the entire journey. Those people are our parents! Sadly, this is far from the truth. Our parents are with us for as long as we absolutely need them. They too have journeys they must complete. We live on with the memories of their love, affection, friendship, guidance and their ever presence. There are others who board the train and who eventually become very important to us, in turn.

These people are our brothers, sisters, friends and acquaintances, whom we will learn to love, and cherish. Some people consider their journey like a jaunty tour. They will just go merrily along. Others, will encounter many upsets, tears, losses on their journey. Others still, will linger on to offer a helping hand to anyone in need. Some people on the train will leave an everlasting impression when they get off…. Some will get on and get off the train so quickly, they will scarsely leave a sign that they ever travelled along with you or ever crossed your path… We will sometimes be upset that some passengers whom we love, will choose to sit in another compartment and leave us to travel on our own. Then again, there’s nothing that says we can’t seek them out anyway. Nevertheless, once sought out and found, we may not even be able to sit next to them because that seat will already be taken. That’s okay …everyone’s journey will be filled with hopes, dreams, challenges, setbacks and goodbyes. We must strive to make the best of it… no matter what... We must constantly strive to understand our travel companions and look for the best in everyone. Remember that at any moment during our journey, any one of our travel companions can have a weak moment and be in need of our help. We too may vacillate or hesitate, even trip… hopefully we can count on someone being there to be supportive and understanding… The bigger mystery of our journey is that we don’t know when our last stop will come. Neither do we know when our travel companions will make their last stop. Not even those sitting in the seat next to us. Personally, I know I’ll be sad to make my final stop…. I’m sure of it! My separation from all those friends and acquaintances I made during the train ride will be painful. Leaving all those I’m close to will be a sad thing. But then again, I’m certain that one day I’ll get to the main station only to meet up with everone else. They’ll all be carrying their baggage… most of which they didn’t have when they first got on this train. I’ll be glad to see them again. I’ll also be glad to have contributed to their baggage… and to have enriched their lives, just as much as they will have contributed to my baggage and enriched my life. We’re all on this train ride together. Above all, we should all try to strive to make the ride as pleasant and memorable as we can, right up until we each make the final stop and leave the train for the last time. All aboard! I wanna go shopping Shopping .. Looking for sneakers... Looking for cute eraser cause i had given mine to my student as he likes alot. Looking for bag.. Big bag which i can dump almost all my shit stuff inside while im on my way to teach.. I did nothing but teaching from mon-sat. Morning teach.. back home.. then noon teach then back home .. then out again in the evening then back home...Sounds like my house is like a hotel to me ..Yeah..Low- class Junk hotel..those no-stars grade..LOL!! Looking for tees..Tees... Im nuts.. Haaa.. Buying is a way for me to relax. After buying, i will spend lots of time thinking when can i get my money back and when will i get my pay and how much is my gross pay per month. LOL.. In the meantime just wanna have lots of new stuff.. Haha.. new from head to toe.. Airhead again.. Hmm!! as for mask and bird nest.. gonna wait till end of the month.. Hee!!!! Well, i also do not know what i want in life. To me life is like a daily routine is a matter of how im going to spice up my life. Shopping.. Jumping.. Laughing.. Watching nothing but LITTLE KC.. (kids central)..Haa..Unfortunately, i always dont have the chance to watch retro tele..SO SAD..why dont they show in the morning rather than in the late noon!! *wonder* B.D said im like a 10 years old kid.. And now becoming a 5 years-old kid..Well i was thinking...Hmmmm... 5 years old kid using LVs.. LOL!! Really a classy kid neh.. Hmmm!! I should be teaching Phyllis today but ended up there isnt any lesson cause she was outside with her friends enjoying and forget about the time. I waited for about 40mins at her house. Eventually, her mum asked me not to wait for her anymore as she still need to go to her friend's house to take her clothings and stuff. I said ah! I thought she is on the way back? The mum said aiya, she will forget about everything once come to playtime. I was like well kids are kids. Ya.. She then added, you go home lo then this lesson counted as one lesson la. I said ah!! Dont want la cause i didnt teach at all. She said wasted your time ma just count as one lesson la. I was like ok whatever La... Then went downstairs and waited for green man to get prepared. Went to town to look for sneakers but there isnt any nice one..SOB SOB!!! Dinner @ Scotts PastaMania Sausage Creamy Pasta (I didnt manage to finish it up cause its too creamy and i cant take it) While eating, spotted something fun.. Here they are: Once i saw this, i found that its q unique sign which i dont see at anywhere else. Green Man then asked, what does it mean. I said dont know. He then added, oh which means that remember not to leave your belongings behind when you leave. I was like Ya hor.. Haha LOL!!! I'm really a sign freak.. Hee!!! Spotted Lots of fun things while on our way to "Cathay" Sob Sob!! I was caught by a Security Guard taking pics. He said no photographs are allow in this building. I then said oh Ok!!! But i ignored !! LOL!!! This isnt the first time anyway. I'm thick-skin!! CARS!!! so Cute Right Now the shops are not open yet except the Cinema!!! Simply love the CINEMA there..

Hmm!!! Woke up at 5.30 Am this morning to go Mount Vernon..Reach there at about 6 plus.. WOO the sky is so dark and cant even see anything. Luckily, there are smart people who carried torch lights along with them. Nevertheless, at the block of my grandparents grave, there is a pagoda infront thus provided us a little light. Hee!!! As i was doing the incense folding, i noticed that my aunt once bought one stack of hell US dollars which looked like those real ones. Whereas, now its different in the design and colour cause of the incident whereby a foreigner mistaken that those hell US dollars are real money and used it at the Shopping Centre. *Muhahahahhahaa* After Qing Ming, I went back to my aunt's place to get my barang barang and packed lunch. Hee!!! Its Chicken Rice.. Yum Yum.. I love my Aunt's Chicken Rice. Nice to eat and smell nice too!!!! MMMMMMM... While i was waiting, I switched on the TV and watch Little KC *Kids Central*. I then noticed something, its the paper basket and the pineapples which i made long ago when my grandma was still around. Here it is... Cutie MaMeMo at Kids Central
